The last song of the 7 song set is Unseen Hands that warns of the plans/plots of the 'Puppet Masters,' who lurk in the shadows. Written in the mid 90's protesting the 'fake news of the day" from the Toronto Star that smeared Professor Robert O'Driscoll's name. He was a Professor at the University of Toronto and wrote 3 books on Canada/USA / Corruption and the New World Order.
He said he and his assistant Professor who wrote the books with him would not live long after writing them and this became a sad reality, both dying of heart attacks within a year of each other. At one point in Professor O'Driscoll's career he lost his 'Professorship' at U of T because of alcoholism. He went to Re-Hab and fought tooth and nail to reclaim his Professorship and was successful. The Toronto Star wrote the 'Hit' piece to discredit his 'writings.' I wrote the Star in righteous anger that they misled the public and as a reformed substance abuser, I could appreciate the enormous battle the Professor went through to bounce back and reclaim his Professorship. Crickets. So I wrote Unseen Hands in his memory and to shine a little light on those who are lurking in the shadows.
Set List: 1/ Soulsville, 2/ Mississippi River Blues, 3/ Wheels Keep Spinning, 4/ Hols On to Love, 5/ Soul Satisfied, 6/ Jubilee, 7/ Unseen Hands
